Política de reembolso

For sanitary reasons, all items purchased on are non refundable, non returnable if the hygienic protection is peel off. For tops, tags must still be on.

If for any reason, you received the wrong product or size, to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@fit4usolutions.com. If your return is accepted, you pay shipping back to us and sent it at: Fit 4U Solutions, 148 rue Pigeon, Beloeil, Quebec, Canada, J3G 2P6

****No package accepted if shipping is not paid by client.

***** International returns: On package you must put 0$ Zero dollars value or 1$ value, If we need to pay customs/ duties, package will not be accepted.

****International orders: if package is refused by the client when delivered, when it is return to Fit 4U Solutions, they may have charges for us to pay. If there are some charges we will not accept package, and the customer will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final sale or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. But the best way it to contact us for any exchange question at info@fit4usolutions.com.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
