SATISFACTION WARRANTY

Step 1. Try on your new underwear and if you're not totally satisfied, get a refund. The hygenique protection must still be on. The product must still be in the same condition: NEW Step 2. Write us at info@fit4usolutions.com to inform us of the return. Step 3. Ship back the underwear to our head office. Shipping is paid by you. Step 4. You get your refund as soon as we get the product. Step 5. A 10$ administration fee will be deduct from refund.

ORDERS

FIT4U Solutions underwear is soft and stretchy. Refer to our size chart to choose the right size. If you are between two sizes, go for the larger of the two. Our sizes currently vary from 7/8 children to XL adults. Our goal is to offer even more sizes in the next few years so don't hesitate to send us your requests.
Unfortunately, you cannot make changes to your online order yourself. To do so, simply write to info@fitusolutions.com
  • No, you can only apply one promo code at a time, so choose the one that is most advantageous for you.
  • No promotional code is applicable on merchandise already discounted on the site.
  • No promotional code is applicable on our gift cards
  • Promotional codes for newsletters are applicable once per person or email only. FIT4U Solutions reserves the right to refuse promotional codes in the event that a person uses several emails to obtain several promotional codes.

You should receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

If, however, you have not received one:

  • Check your spam emails.
  • Check that the email address you provided with your order is correct.
  • If the email you provided to us is incorrect, please write to info@FIT4Usolutions.com and we will resend your order confirmation to the correct address.
  • If the email address you provided to us is correct and you have checked your spam emails, write to us at info@FIT4Usolutions.com and we will send you the confirmation again.

SHIPPING

Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email confirming the transaction. Your order will be shipped 1 to 2 business days after it is processed. We are happy to offer Free shipping on all orders over $199. We are not responsible for shipping delay.

We ship worldwide and try to give you the best possible shipping rates. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email confirming the transaction. Your order should arrive within 12-18 business days, but depending on your location, delivery could take up to 3-4 weeks. International orders are shipped FREE with an order of $199 and more. All international orders, please check your countries customs duty rules. It is the customers responsibility to pay any customs charges, and VAT taxes if applicable. If a customer does not claim packaging, (or refuses to pay VAT / duties) and it is ship back to Fit 4U Solutions, the shipping fee will be deduct from the clients refund. We are not responsible for shipping delay or customs delay.

RETURNS

For sanitary reasons, all underwear and swimwear items purchased on are non refundable, non returnable, if the hygienic protection has been taken off. For all are tops the label must still be on and they have to be in the same condition (NEW).

GIFT CARDS

Sure! They are available on our website and a virtual version will be sent to you electronically. Since gift cards are not physical items, they cannot be used for free shipping. Gift cards are non-refundable.
